This is the seventh lesson out of a full online belly dance course from BellyDanceBoulevard.com. Watch and practice at the comfort of your home, by yourself or with a friend.
In this video we learn how to do chest circles as well as hip circles, and combine them. I want to remind you to start with the basic posture as was taught in the first lesson, and also that learning to belly dance over the internet does not constitute an alternative for taking classes with a teacher.
The music we hear in this lesson is from Yair Dalal’s album “AlOl”, the song’s name is “solo arak” and it is about the joy that the singer feels when listening to Abed El Wahab’s music after drinking some alcohol beverages. The album can be bought in the boutique, here:

In this street dance tutorial for beginners, discover street dance moves drawn from one of the earlier styles in street dance – locking/ lockin’.
