Frankie is the perfect combination of his brothers. He goofs off when he wants too, like Joe, extremely sweet, like Kevin, but likes to stop other people from looking stupid, like Nick.
And Noah is so much like Miley. VERY hyper and extremely obnoxious, but for some reason, on both of them, it’s cute. Because they pull it off.

Besides, she was with Frankie, a lot of young girls get really hyper and try to be funny in front of boys their age.
She probably doesn’t get much of a chance to be a normal little girl anyway, so seeing as she’s with her friend, she probably let it all out.
