I would start her in ballet classes. Yes it's structured and she may not be happy all the time, but she will learn a great foundation for almost all other dance styles. It sounds like she would be interested in contemporary or modern as she ages and both of those styles are heavily ballet based. I would work with her on being able to take constructive criticism as she will be "corrected" throughout her life and being able to deal with it in the right way is important.
References :
From the sounds of it, you should look for a more laid back dance school, but make sure they have good teachers with solid technique. Consider lyrical or contemporary classes for her. The most important thing if she really loves dancing is that you oversee her development in a way that she doesn't develop bad habits that can lead to injury. This means she will need to learn to accept constructive criticism. Otherwise, she can easily injure her knees or ankles. Ballet classes are good for learning how to move correctly in your body, but obviously not the type of dance she wants to do. I would strongly suggest a contemporary ballet or lyrical based class for her. Good luck!
References :
Dancer for a reeeeeaaally long time.

I would say the soffe shorts and a sports bra with a tank over it. i go to dance classes before. usually i wear a pair of those short spandex volleyball shorts with a sports bra only or a spandex midriff crop top. if your comfortable just wearing that. but wear what makes you ok in and after all its pretty much like working out. im sure other girls will have on something like that.
References :
I think that's up to your teacher/instructor. I would say soft tank top, and terry cloth, or sweat pants!
References :
I would suggest Wild Horse Saloon, at 8186 S. Memorial Dr. The saloon offers amateur pole dancing so you could try to visit it. Hope this helps!
References :
https://www.apolelotoffun.co.nz
